At Garden Supplies Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most products in their original condition with packaging intact. Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in resellable condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings (opened bags)
  • Fertiliser products
  • Artificial Plants that have been removed from packaging
  • Any items marked as “final sale”

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your gardening products:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Wait for Processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying the replacement item you’d like
  3. If there’s a price difference, we’ll contact you to arrange payment or refund

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective gardening product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
