– Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (15-25 business days):
– Carrier: EMS
– Available for orders over £50
– Perfect for non-urgent deliveries

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations.

International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware:

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Returns Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags
  • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened bags of Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings
  • Fertiliser products
  • Artificial Plants removed from packaging
  • Items marked “final sale”

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack in original packaging with RMA number visible
  4. Ship Your Return – Send to:
