• Artificial Plants removed from packaging

2. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package the item securely with RMA number visible

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item:
